Obituary for Thomas E. Klepper

Thomas E. Klepper, age 73, of Beavercreek, OH and formerly of Eaton, OH passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born July 27, 1937 in Dayton, OH to the late Kenneth Paul and Eva M. (Reiter) Klepper. Tom was a U.S. Air Force and U.S. Marine Veteran; was a retired repairman/mechanic from the Chrysler Corporation; and was a member of the Visitation Catholic Church, Eaton, OH. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Wanda M. Klepper who passed away February 4, 2006; and son Joseph Paul Klepper. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Tarla “Nickie” and Jason Sattler of Beavercreek, OH; grandchildren Ashley and Joseph Sattler of Beavercreek, OH; sister-in-law Eleanor (husband Bert) Hooper of Sunbright, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the Visitation Catholic Church, Eaton, OH with Father Gene Vonderhaar officiating. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund, 22570 Markey Court, Suite 240, Dulles, Virginia 20166.
