Obituary for Ross K. Anderson

Ross K. Anderson, age 83, of Lewisburg, OH, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton, OH. He was born November 22, 1927 in Americus, KS to the late Harry C. and Hazel E. (Finney) Anderson. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran who served during WWII; was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Antioch Shrine, where he was part of the mounted patrol; he was employed at Lewisburg Container for 20 years and then was owner of the Anderson Pallet Company for 25 years; and was a very avid horseman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Brandon Richmond. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Cricket and Denny Ohlmansiek of Frankfort, IL; son and daughter-in-law Marc and Robin Anderson of Lewisburg, OH; daughter Sondra Hansen of Huber Heights, OH; daughter and son-in-law Suzi and Fred Voge of West Alexandria, OH; six grandchildren Ashley, Tyler, Amber, Erin, Brad and Lindsey; great grandchildren Madison, Drew and Lexi Mae; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 5:00 P.M. until time of memorial service at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Brian Nunnally officiating.
