Obituary for Elizabeth Genevra Turner

Elizabeth Genevra Turner, age 84, of Eaton, OH passed away peacefully on April 24, 2013 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, IN. She was born September 23, 1928 in Preble County to the late Herbert and Mary (Ashworth) Larsh. She was a 1945 graduate of Jackson High School. Elizabeth was a supervisor at the Clifton Shirt Company for 31 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Beverly K. Kenworthy, who passed away in 1971. She is Survived by her husband of 65 years, Buford D. Turner of Eaton, OH; sons Larry A. (Beverly) Turner of Hawkinsville, GA and Steven K. (Debi) Turner of Walhalla, SC; daughters Carole J. (Norman) Rusk of Eaton, OH and Tonya R. (Phil) Loper of New Westville, OH; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; and sister Judith Dees of Eaton, OH. A graveside service will held at 10:00 am on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the Mound Hill Cemetery (new section), Eaton, OH with Rev. Raymond Rothwell officiating. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be sent to Reid Hospital Foundation for the Hospice Program, 1100 Reid Parkway, Richmond, IN 47374.
