Obituary for Dorothy "Dottie" L. O'Malley

Dorothy “Dottie” L. O’Malley, age 88, of Eaton, OH passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born November 27, 1928 in Eaton, OH to the late Dan and Katherine Weadick. Dorothy was a 1946 graduate of Eaton High School; graduated from the McConnell Airline School, Minneapolis, MN; she worked as an airline stewardess for Ozark airlines for 15 years; and was a member of Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband Forrest Bugher, who passed away in 1984; and her sister Patricia Sanders. She is survived by her husband Edward O’Malley of Eaton, OH; brothers Bob (Jean) Weadick of Cincinnati, OH and Dan (Pug) Weadick of Eaton, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton is assisting with arrangements. The family would like to express their appreciation for the loving care that VITAS Hospice staff members Violet, Marty, Beth, and Jonathon provided.
