Obituary for Allan Ebersole

Allan Ebersole, age 55, of Eldorado, OH passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at his residence. He was born April 21, 1960 in Greenville, OH to David Ebersole and the late Carolyn (Paxson) Ebersole. Allan was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Eaton, OH; he worked for 37 years at Purina Mills in Richmond, IN; was a volunteer firefighter and Fire Chief for the village of Eldorado for many years; was a former Preble County Sheriff Auxiliary Deputy; and he served several years as a National Trail School Board Member. In addition to his mother Carolyn, he was also preceded in death by his daughter Stacy Lynn Ebersole. He is survived by his son Ryan Ebersole of Eldorado, OH; daughter and son-in-law Ashley and Abe Cramer of Columbus, OH; father David Ebersole of Eldorado; brothers Brian and his wife Becky Ebersole and Dean Ebersole both of Eldorado, OH; former wife Denise Ebersole of New Paris, OH; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street Eaton OH. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August, 11, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm and one hour prior to services on Wednesday both at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Diabetes Association of Dayton or the Eldorado Fire Department. Online condolences and other remembrances may be sent to the family by visiting
