Elliot David Cruze

Elliot David Cruze, age 3 months, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Dayton Childrens Hospital. He is survived by his parents Derek and Leah (Kisling) Cruze of Eaton; sister Lillian Garcia; brother Alexander Cruze; paternal grandparents Beverly and Duane Cruze of Eaton; maternal grandparents Sue and David Kisling of Eaton; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 5:00 pm until time of memorial services at 7:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt and Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.
