Dorothy Roebuck

Dorothy Roebuck, age 94, of Eaton, OH, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at Vancrest Nursing Center in Eaton. She was born April 19, 1923 in Dayton, OH to the late Malry and Elizabeth Roebuck. She was a graduate of Dunbar High School; worked at Wright Patterson as a civilian typist for 5 years; she retired from the New Jersey Housing Authority after 18 years; and had a great interest in fashion. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers Sandy and Joseph Roebuck; and sister Sarah Roebuck. She is survived by her brother William Roebuck of Eaton, OH; special cousin Theodore “Teddy” Rucker of Dayton; niece Judith Rogers of Indianapolis, IN; and great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 10:00 am until time of funeral services at 11:00 am at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH.
